Straightforward accepts refunds on a case to case basis. Be sure to send us clear photos of your items and tell us why a refund is needed. We'll investigate and give you an update 1-2 days after filing the report.

To start a return, you can contact us at sofia@shopstraightforward.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 RETURN AND EXCHANGE

In case you have received an item with the following conditions, you can request a return and exchange. 

You can email chloe.straightforward@gmail.com. Make sure to send a photo together with your request. We’ll investigate and let you know within 24 hours.

    • Broken or missing stitches/embroidery
    • Defective buttons and zippers
    • Dimensions out of tolerance (cutting issues, faulty patterns, and incorrect sizing)
    • Faded logo/branding prints 
  •  Note: Promotional sale items are not eligible for replacement unless the item has the following conditions stated above.

Once your order or item is approved for return and exchange, we’ll give you the details on how to pack your item and the exact schedule of pick up.
